To unlock ctOS Control Center: Infiltrate to the area, hack access code from one of the guards, use this code to access server room.



To unlock a ctOS Tower:

- Reach the tower's base and install a backdoor to unlock activities within the region.

- Unlock extra Hideouts, reveal Collectibles, Privacy Invasion Points, and side investigations.
